Teresa and Braden are originally from the Broken Bow Area and have been real estate experts in the area for some time!  One of the many advantages you will have in working with the Sacks Team is David’s many years of mortgage underwriting experience. He holds a current mortgage originators license, is an FHA DE underwriter, and when active on the mortgage underwriting side, had $2,000,000 loan approval authority.

This knowledge comes in handy while handling contract negotiations, finding the right mortgage lender suited to you and the property, and providing helpful insight into what you can expect during your loan approval process. Once under contract, we will be there for you during inspections and will negotiate repairs on your behalf and we will make sure all contract deadlines are met on a timely basis.

How Does the Process Work?

After you have some criteria in mind, we will begin an exhaustive search of properties on your behalf. As members of the National Association of Realtors and local associations, we have thousands of listings available to us at the touch of a keystroke. We will narrow the field, based upon your wish list, and we will preview as many properties as possible. We cooperate with all other Brokers and will show you the properties that are the best fit for you and your family. When the perfect property has been located, we will do a comprehensive market analysis to help you determine a fair sales price for the property of your choice.
